Slime recipe liquid starch2/27/2024 ![]() Just add it very slowly because it will go from stretch to hard very quickly. You may need to pick it up with your hands to mix it better and you can add more saline solution. Slowly add in the saline solution and it will begin to thicken up.(not too much because it can stain your hands. So I finally found a recipe that would make stretchy and fun to play with slime that is not made with borax or liquid starch! I had been really busy and I didn’t want to make slime with any chemicals. I use LIQUID STARCH and glue in almost slimes, although I do host a saline solution slime as well if you prefer not to use either. I should have know! She had been asking me for weeks to make slime with her. STEP 4: Add saline solution, starting with just one tablespoon. STEP 3: Add food coloring and glitter or confetti as desired and stir. We have found that white glue generally makes a looser slime while clear glue makes a thicker slime.
